7. The Client hereby authorizes to submit reports/certificates to third parties in accordance with the Client’s instructions or approval following trading situations and customs.

ARTICLE 2
SERVICES DESCRIPTION

1. kppliserang.org is a website that provides information about licensing consultancy services offered by KPPLI.
2. Services provided may include licensing preparation, licensing applications, licensing consultations, and other consulting services.
3. kppliserang.orgprovides services based on request and in accordance with the Client’s confirmed needs, however if the Client’s request is not clear then kppliserang.org will provide services in accordance with:
4. Service Description; and/or
5. Customs that apply in trade; and/or
6. The method is considered appropriate by considering technical, operational and financial aspects.
7. The information in documents or reports published by KPPLI Kota Serang.kppliserang.org  is the result of inspections and tests carried out by kppliserang.org according to the Client’s request and/or kppliserang.org’s assessment of these results by considering technical standards, trading customs or other circumstances. which, according to kppliserang.org’s professional assessment, needs attention.
8. In the event of a document or report being lost, KPPLI Kota Serang.kppliserang.org  can reissue the document/report at the Client’s request if it is proven that there is a loss report from the authorities. Misuse of copies of documents or reports issued due to loss is entirely the responsibility of the client, both civil and/or criminal.
9. All operational documents to support the publication of Documents or Reports will be kept by kppliserang.orgfor a maximum of 3 (three) years except documents regulated by law.
10. All samples of goods taken or received by kppliserang.org as a reference will be kept by kppliserang.org for a maximum of 3 (three) months or less if they are samples of goods which, due to their nature, will quickly become damaged.

ARTICLE 3
USER PRIVACY

1. Client personal data, such as name, email address and telephone number, will only be used in accordance with this website’s Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 4
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients will:

1. Clients are required to provide complete information, instructions and documents in accordance with work requirements so that kppliserang.org can carry out services.

3. Providing information to KPPLI Kota Serang.kppliserang.org  regarding the existence of dangers or potential dangers related to each request for services or samples, including the risk of radiation, toxic or explosive materials and those that can cause environmental pollution.
4. Guarantee that we will carry out steps and actions aimed at Safety, Health and Security (K3) in the implementation of work, during the service, whether requested or not
5. Carry out all obligations stated in the Terms and Conditions on this website and/or the agreed cooperation contract
6. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for permit applications.
7. The client is responsible for ensuring that all documents required for the permit application are provided within the specified time.
8. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable regulations and requirements in licensing applications.
9. Clients are responsible for carrying out their obligations based on the results of consulting services provided by the company.

ARTICLE 5
SERVICE FEE, FEES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

1. kppliserang.org has the right to determine the fees for consulting services.
2. The service fees listed in the price list are service fees for work carried out on working days (Monday Friday).
3. The value of the work we provide does not include VAT 11% (eleven percent).
4. Clients are required to pay consultation fees for services according to the services provided to them.
5. The client immediately pays the fees charged by KPPLI Kota Serang.kppliserang.org  no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the invoice in question.
6. Payment Methods for the services we provide are made via the method determined byKPPLI Kota Serang.co.id, but can also be adjusted to suit the Client’s preferences.
7. In the event that problems and/or unexpected costs arise in the service process, kppliserang.org will notify the Client and kppliserang.org has the right to obtain additional fees to cover all costs incurred in completing the service.
8. If kppliserang.org is unable to carry out all or part of the services due to one reason or another beyond kppliserang.org‘s control, including the Clients failure to fulfill its obligations as intended in Article 4 above, then kppliserang.org remains entitled to obtain payment of service benefits as follows:

10. The agreed proportion of service compensation is in accordance with the proportion of services provided by kppliserang.org

ARTICLE 6
COPYRIGHT

1. kppliserang.org is the copyright holder of all content contained on this website including but not limited to text, images, videos and graphics.
2. YouIt is not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use the content of this website for commercial or non-commercial purposes without valid written permission.

ARTICLE 7
DELAY AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES

KPPLI Kota Serang has the right to immediately postpone or stop services if the following occurs:

1. The Client fails to fulfill its obligations and the failure is not corrected within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification; or
2. There are delays in payment, arrangements with creditors, bankruptcy, inability to pay, under receivership or termination of business by the Client.
3. The prepayment that has been paid will be returned 75%, if the order has not been implemented.
4. The client must pay all costs incurred until the cancellation decision is agreed.

ARTICLE 8
LIMIT OF LIABILITY

1. kppliserang.org is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of consultant services provided on this website.
2. Clients who wish to be covered for loss and damage must obtain appropriate insurance.
3. kppliserang.org is not responsible for any delays, part or all of services arising directly or indirectly from any events that are beyond the control of kppliserang.org including the Client’s failure to fulfill its obligations.
4. kppliserang.org has no responsibility for the Client’s indirect losses, including loss of potential profits.
5. kppliserang.org is not responsible for client decisions or actions that may harm the client themselves or other parties.

ARTICLE 9
SEPARATION

1. In the event that a provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is declared legally invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the invalidity or invalidity only relates to that provision or part of it. Meanwhile, other provisions in these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
2. You further agree that any invalid or unenforceable provisions will be replaced with provisions that are valid according to and to the extent of applicable law, and as far as possible reflect the commercial aims and objectives for which these Terms and Conditions were created.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
